To borrow a laptop or computer from Nerdorrow, you must agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. When you contact us to borrow a laptop or desktop, our representative will ask you to provide an identity card and fill out an online form. You will provide all the necessary details and your signature in order to receive your rental device.

2. Laptops and desktops provided by Nerdorrow are for personal use and cannot be rented on behalf of a friend. If you borrow a laptop or desktop on behalf of a friend, you will still be responsible for complying with all the terms and conditions.

3. After all the requirements are completed, we will deliver the borrowed device to your given address.

4. Once the rental period is complete, Nerdorrow will arrange a pickup service where our technicians will ensure that the device and all the items are returned in good condition.

5. Borrowers must return our calls before the pickup and return the device at due time. If Nerdorrow fails to reach the borrower, they will be liable for a $30 per day late fee.

6. If the laptop or desktop is more than 15 days overdue, it will be considered stolen or damaged, and the borrower will be liable to pay the total cost of replacement ($1000) and the additional late fee ($30). The full replacement cost can be waived at the discretion of our technicians, given that the device is returned undamaged.

7. You, as a borrower, will be liable for the security of the laptop/desktop at all times. If any damage is found to the device during the inspection, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of replacement along with additional service charges.

8. When you return the device, Nerdorrow will delete/remove any data, information, or application found on it. We are not liable for any kind of data loss.

9. Borrowers must immediately contact our helpline if they find any damage to the device after borrowing.

10. All the additional items such as charging cords, power cables, keyboard, mouse, etc., should be returned in good condition. Any damage to these items can cost you repair/replacement charges.
