We are more than happy to respond to emergencies. We understand that many technical devices and services correlate with the ability to perform daily human routines. When people feel out of routine, it can be extremely stressful and can even cause financial damage.
Our same-day rates are £120 per hour.
We're only charging for the work we do when we get there. We will NOT charge you for our travel. Any hardware replacement that you may need will be quoted by the specialist.
We understand that while it's a technical age, there are people who need far greater daily/weekly support with their systems.
Often customers prefer a consulting service rather than anything that is simply a technological mistake. These may be lessons to learn engineering processes for themselves, such as creating their own Computer, or as basic as they want family computers to be backed up and protected on a quarterly basis.
You may require a subscription service for a number of reasons, from impairments to techno-phobia, to any of the other reasons set out above. This service is £30 a month which consists of us on a quarterly basis to ensure that your devices are up to date, back up your records, conduct security audits and check for bugs, as well as other incentives such as up and 50% off on all callouts.
