There can be issues with router or wireless router setup if the internet is badly slow or fails to connect on all devices you use. Try connecting your device via cable to verify that.

We will test all internet link issues in this situation, check the maximum speed available at your home, and if yours is substantially slower, contact the internet provider on the behalf and arrange a visit to an internet provider engineer who can address all line issues.
