COMPUTER WONT TURN ON

Failure to turn on at all is the scariest thing that can happen to your MAC or Windows device. The tiny power button is pressed and nothing happens. No beeps, clicks, whirs or clunks. There is a light on the panel, but your computer is absolutely silent.

Don't worry in the first place! They tend to panic when people face that kind of problem, worried that all the important data on their PC or MAC is gone. Your records and photos are most likely secure, just not available at the moment.

This issue with the machine means that one of the hardware components has failed. Don't worry, anything, particularly on desktop computers, can be fixed.

Please do some checks before you call us to help with your computer.

  • Please ensure that you get power from your Desktop or MAC. Check your power cord to make sure it is connected to your device and the power socket correctly and safely. Make sure there are no cracks, crimps, or other damage to the power cord.

  • If all is well with the power cable, try to link your device to another socket. The power socket or the extension cable might be an issue sometimes.

  • Listen to the sound of your machine, please. It will be easier for us to locate and address the issue faster if you can hear fans running inside or beeping volume.
